Shipping methods, fees & policies
Packages and postage rates are charged at their actual cost. When processing your order, we use your registration address and, if applicable, Paypal address, as default. If you need to make a change please specifiy a fully and correct billing and shipping address. The billing address can be different from the shipping address.
Records are packed in strong, doubled hard cardboard boxes with corner protection. These packages are 100% safe, and your records will arrive in the same condition as they were sent. Records are removed from covers to avoid seam split and placed within a plastic sleeve at the back of their original cover.
Shipping fees are displayed on your shopping cart depending on the weight of the package (weight of all the items + packaging). If an item has a particular volume or a heavy weight (heavy 1960’s LP’s or 78 rpm’s which require specific large boxes for example), or if we would like to secure the shipping using another method, we may request a readjustment of the shipping fees. You’ll be notified by email and your agreement will be requested prior to cashing your order.
