Sleeve has wear, dirt & multiple small peel off, beige water damage along top, warp on top mouth corner, price sticker on front, record plays w/ very reasonable to hardly noticeable noise depending on parts and has multiple surface marks, mainly weak VG, ranges from VG- to VG+
